Fireworks celebrations still planned in parts of SE Wisconsin
MILWAUKEE- Several municipalities have issued burn barns, including firework bans, ahead of July 4 holiday, but some areas in southeast Wisconsin still plan on having firework celebrations.
Planning on having fireworks:
Kenosha, Racine, Sheboygan Counties plan on shooting fireworks over Lake Michigan.
The Cities of Elm Grove, Mequon and Sussex, are expected to have fireworks displays.
The Village of Sturtevant.
Planning on wetting the ground before setting off fireworks:
Cedarburg, Glendale, Greendale, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, and West Bend.
Planning on making a decision soon about having fireworks:
Jefferson County, City of Brookfield.
