ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Gov. Martin O'Malley will be on "Face the Nation" to talk about the Supreme Court's decision to uphold most of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul.

The Maryland governor, a Democrat, is scheduled to appear on the show Sunday to discuss the ruling from the perspective of state government. Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a Republican, also will be on the show.

The high court's ruling means Maryland will be able to move ahead with reforms the state already has been planning to implement.

Maryland has passed legislation to create a health care exchange, setting up standards and regulations to run the program and creating the framework for a marketplace where individuals and small businesses can buy coverage.
