Arrest made in Fitchburg homicide

FITCHBURG, Wis. (AP) -- Police say they've made an arrest in the death of a homicide victim in Fitchburg.

Authorities haven't yet provided details on the suspect or a motive.

Twenty-five-year-old Samuel John Harris of Dubuque, Iowa, died Tuesday of a gunshot wound.

Officers found Harris on the floor just inside an entrance to an apartment building in Fitchburg, a city near Madison.

WMTV-TV (http://bit.ly/OyENJj ) says police are expected to release more information about the homicide later Thursday.
