Music fans soak up Summerfest's opening night tunes
MILWAUKEE- There are many reasons to love Summerfest. And that's partly because the Big Gig offers something for everyone.
If country is your thing -- like it is for Megan and Lizzie -- the Marcus Amphitheater has almost three hours of it Wednesday night headlined by Rascal Flatts.
At the Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard -- rocking cover tunes were drawing a crowd.
Inspiring some music fans to make an early prediction.
"I just have a feeling, I have a feeling this is going to be the best Summerfest since it originated approximately 30 years ago," said one fan.
Summerfest is actually 45-years-old Wednesday, though it doesn't quite look its age.
Though the music on some stages will make you wonder what year you just walked into.
