Disturbing case of animal cruelty in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police say the dog that a 23 year old man is accused of setting on fire was his own.
Police were called to the scene near 54th and Congress Friday night and say they discovered the family's dog, a Boxer, with burns to 25 percent of its body.
The dog is being treated at a local animal hospital while animal cruelty charges are pending against the 23 year old man.
