Man charged in fatal shooting of Waukesha store clerk
WAUKESHA- A 20-year-old man has been charged with shooting and killing a Waukesha store clerk back in May.
The Waukesha County district attorney charged Billy J. Ingram with first-degree intentional homicide, armed robbery with use of force, possession of firearm by a felon and possession of THC.
Authorities found Nayyer Rana's body on the morning of Tuesday, May 29th at the Petro Mart on East Broadway.
Ingram's bail has been set at $1 million. He is expected in a Waukesha County courtroom on Friday afternoon.
If convicted, Ingram could spend the rest of his life in prison.
This homicide is the first in Waukesha in 2012. There were no homicides in 2011 and only one in 2010.
