MILWAUKEE- Milwaukee police have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection to a fatal shooting in Sheboygan Saturday night.

Ronnie L. Polk is sitting in a Milwaukee jail Tuesday afternoon and will be transported to Sheboygan in the near future where formal charges are expected against him.

Polk had been on the run since he allegedly shot and killed 24-year-old Brandon Davis in a Sheboygan home Saturday night.

The Sheboygan Press reports a small social gathering was taking place inside the home when the shooting occurred. Neither the suspect nor the victim lived at the residence.

Witnesses said the two men knew each other.

Motive isn't known at this time.

Polk is expected to be charged with first-degree reckless homicide in Sheboygan County court.
