Woman ruled incompetent to stand trial in child abduction case
MILWAUKEE- A woman charged with kidnapping a young girl from a daycare on Milwaukee's north side last month has been ruled not competent to stand trial.
33-year-old Lisa Isaac is accused of taking a four-year-old girl from Frances Starms Early Childhood Center.
Witnesses saw Lisa Isaac walk into that school and take the child, while her mom waited in an office just feet away.
The child's mother eventually caught up with them and took her daughter back.
A judge has ordered Isaac to undergo mental treatment.
Staffers at the Evans Academy of Excellence, a nearby daycare, told TODAY'S TMJ4 that Lisa Isaac previously came in twice, trying to take a child home.
