Man accused of stalking jurors faces sentencing
WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (AP) -- A Wisconsin Rapids man convicted of stalking jurors who found him guilty of threatening judges faces sentencing Tuesday.
Don Maier was earlier found guilty of six counts of stalking and could get up to 3 1/2 years on each count when he's sentenced in Wood County Circuit Court.
WSAW-TV (http://bit.ly/LyumlA ) reports the 50-year-old Maier was convicted of sending threatening letters to jurors who found him guilty in 2006 of threatening judges. Maier served two years in prison.
