Mt. Pleasant Police Chief arrested
MT PLEASANT, Wis. - Residents of a town in Racine County have questions, following the arrest of their police chief.
Tim Zarzecki is police chief for Mt. Pleasant.
He was picked up at his home in Union Grove Friday night for a domestic situation.
The Racine County sheriff says Zarzecki did cooperate and bailed out Saturday morning.
The case is being referred to the D.A.'s office, but village officals say there is a procedure to be followed and once all the facts are known, the public will consider this a non-event.
