Storm Team 4
Warmer Thursday, mid-80's this weekend in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE - The sunshine and summery conditions we've experienced in recent days in Milwaukee will continue Thursday, but with some warmer temperatures.
"Mostly sunny and a little warmer than we've been used to," said Storm Team 4Caster Michael Fish.
"Expect highs in the mid-70's for our lakefront communities and Milwaukee temperatures before cooling down there and around 80 for Waukesha's temperature and inland areas."
Michael tells us that clear skies will remain Thursday, before a chance of rain on Friday.
"With a little instability behind a departing low pressure, we could see a stray afternoon shower. Most of the day looks fine."
After a slight chance of rain Friday night, the temperature gauge will rise for the weekend.
"Here comes the summer-like warmth for the weekend. You'll notice a little more humidity with mostly sunny skies," said Michael.
"More sun is in the forecast with some heat again for Sunday. We could see things cool down a little right next to Lake Michigan, but it will sure feel like summer."
