Woman slaps Barrett after concession speech

MILWAUKEE- Shortly after Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett conceded the recall race to Governor Walker, a woman slapped him in face.
It is unclear who that woman is, but TODAY'S TMJ4 reports she was escorted out shortly after it happened.
The woman was seen saying something to Barrett, but it isn't audible.
