Police believe north side homicide wasn't random act

MILWAUKEE- Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide that happened around 1 p.m. Monday in the 3000 block of N. 8th St.
A 23-year-old man was shot outside his apartment and police say no one is in custody at this time.
According to police, the victim had recently been released from prison and investigators do not believe this was a random act.
Police are looking for a "dark colored vehicle" that was seen speeding off from the crime scene.
Authorities are looking for a motive and suspects at this time.
