After a beautiful weekend with summer-like temperatures, it's back to feeling more like the beginning of June with seasonable highs in the low 70s. Some locations along Lake Michigan will stay in the mid to upper 60s due to a wind off the lake at 5-10mph. There is a slight chance this morning for a few spotty showers in the west and another chance this afternoon for a few scattered showers to develop but it will not accumulate to much, if we see any rain at all.
Tonight any stray shower exits and lows will be seasonable in the low 50s with partly cloudy skies. Tuesday temperatures will stay cooler by the lake with highs again in the upper 60s with low 70s inland. There is a slight chance for an afternoon sprinkle or light rain shower with partly cloudy skies, but not everyone will see rain and it won't be a washout. Wednesday the sunshine returns as high pressure builds in, but temperatures stay cooler at the lakefront.
A warming trend begins on Thursday as all of southeastern Wisconsin will see a return of the 70s, even at the lakefront. We'll see temperatures rise back to 80 degrees by the weekend with a chance for a few afternoon thunderstorms on Saturday.
