War Memorial open to revised pact with art museum

Leaders of Milwaukee's War Memorial Center - bruised by criticism but ready to fight to retain control of the center - nevertheless said Tuesday they could foresee cutting a deal with the Milwaukee Art Museum that could revise their long-standing landlord-tenant relationship.
