Marquette poll: Walker leads Barrett 50 to 44 percent
MILWAUKEE - According to the Marquette University Law School poll being released Wednesday, Gov. Scott Walker leads Democratic recall race candidate and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett by a 50-44 percent margin.
Marquette University Law School said on its Twitter account that Walker led Barrett 48-47 in the same poll two weeks ago.
His overall job performance rating also rose: 50 percent compared to April's rating of 47 percent. 46 percent disapprove of Walker's job performance this month, compared to 51 percent in April.
