WEST ALLIS - A suspect was arrested Sunday in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in the 1500 block of S. 81st St., the West Allis Police Department said.
A woman, 45, was struck and killed at about 1:00 Sunday morning.
"Through investigation, officers were able to locate the striking vehicle," West Allis Police Deputy Chief Charles Padgett said in a statement.
"One person was taken into custody in relation to this incident."
"The complete circumstances are under investigation at this time, alcohol is a possible factor."
