Commission could act on 29 Wisconsin judges who signed recall petition
MADISON - The Wisconsin Judicial Commission was expected to decide on Friday whether to take action against 29 circuit court judges who signed recall petitions.
One of those judges is Dane County Judge David Flanagan.
He blocked the Wisconsin Voter ID law from taking effect earlier this year.
Because judicial discipline in Wisconsin is highly secretive, the public may never know whether any of those judges are investigated, and what any results from an investigation may be.
