House fire in Glendale
GLENDALE - North Shore Fire Crews have brought a house fire in Glendale under control.
The fire happened on St. John's Court, near the corner of North Port Washington and West Bradley Roads.
Two people that live in the home safely escaped.
North Shore Fire Chief Robert Whitaker tells TODAY'S TMJ4 that the people heard a loud boom in the home at about 5:30 a.m.
About 20 firefighters fought the fire which damaged the garage and part of the home.
Investigators are looking into the cause.
