Freeway crash causes major backups in Mitchell Interchange
MILWAUKEE - People hoping to head from eastbound I-43/894 to southbound I-94 were forced to find alternate routes after a crash Wednesday morning.
The crash happened on the ramp between the two freeways at about 5:40 a.m. The ramp was re-opened at about 7:30 a.m.
Newsradio 620 WTMJ Time Saver Traffic Reporter Andi Miller said that at least one person was injured in the crash.
Drivers already at the crash scene were diverted to northbound I-43/94.
