MILWAUKEE -- A south side alderman is asking for a recount after last Tuesday's primary election. Alderman Jim Witkowiak lost to challenger Jose Perez by just 86 votes. Witkowiak has served as an alderman for 16 years.
Witkowiak's campaign manager claims there may have been irregularities in the voting process.
Jose Perez tells TODAY'S TMJ4 that even with a recount, he's confident that he will remain the winner.
