Court for stepbrother accused of sex assault in Madison abuse case
MADISON - A stepbrother accused in the Madison teen torture case was likely to enter a plea Thursday morning.
Joshua Drabek faces accusations of sexually assaulting his stepsister.
His charges include:
- 1st degree sexual assault of a child without great bodily harm
- 2nd degree sexual assault of a child
- Child abuse, intentionally causing harm
He was to appear in a Dane County courtroom at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
The girl's father and stepmother face charges of neglecting the teenager and making her live in deplorable conditions.
