MADISON - The fight continues over whether you'll have to show identification when you go to the polls.

A Wisconsin judge says he will decide on Monday whether to permanently block the state's voter identification law.

Dane County Circuit Judge Richard Niess' announcement at a hearing Friday comes days after a different judge in a separate case granted a temporary injunction to stop the law.

The League of Women Voters filed its lawsuit last October.

Four lawsuits are challening the voter i.d. law.

The League of Women Voters and the State Department of Justice disagree on whether the law is constitutional.
