MADISON- It appears there will be a Wisconsin gubernatorial recall election this year and Democrats are in the early stages of picking possible candidates to run against Governor Walker.  Some names being tossed around include Tim Cullen, former Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.

But Assembly Minority Leader Peter Barca may also be in the mix, he told Wisconsin's Afternoon News, "I haven't ruled it out, but I certainly haven't ruled it in either."  Barca also said that, "The social media is burning up, I've been approached by a wide range of people."

Despite Barca's uncertainty about running, he believes the people of Wisconsin are making their voices heard against Governor Walker.  Barca said, "It's hard to argue with a million people that felt strongly enough that they would come out and sign a petition to say they're extremely upset."

A new survey released by Public Policy Polling shows Mayor Barrett leads all Democratic contenders in a possible primary contest.
