GREEN BAY - During the Green Bay Packers' 45-41 win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday, a Packers linebacker tackled a fan who ran onto the field.

Authorities took the fan into custody after Jones' tackle.

They chased the fan for about a minute on Lambeau's "frozen tundra" before Jones applied the tackle.

This isn't the first incident that an NFL player helped law enforcement stop an illegal interloper.

Baltimore Colts linebacker Mike Curtis made a similar tackle on a fan who ran onto the field in a game during the 1970's.
