New allegation against Sheboygan mayor
SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - A new resolution that is expected to be presented to Sheboygan's common council Monday claims to have enough evidence to seek to recall the mayor of Sheboygan, Bob Ryan.
The resolution reportedly reveals a new allegation against him of sexual misconduct.
Special prosecutor Steven Biskupic claims that while he was investigating the alleged binge drinking of Mayor Ryan, he discovered a fourth degree sexual assault allegation by an Elkhart Lake woman, said to have taken place at the same time as the binge drinking in Elkhart Lake.
Just recently, city officials revealed a 310-thousand dollar settlement with its former human resources director, Angela Payne, who claimed Ryan sexually harrassed her.
Today's TMJ4's Nick Montes reports Mayor Ryan has denied the allegation.
