MILWAUKEE - Shoppers are lining up outside stores across southeast Wisconsin as the holiday shopping season ramps up.

Stores like Best Buy and Kohl's will open at Midnight on Friday morning.  Other major chains start even earlier this year.

The demand seems to be growing.  According to the National Retail Federation, 3% of Thanksgiving weekend shoppers hit the Thursday sales in 2009.

In 2010 that number was 9 percent and it spiked up to 24% last year.

Listed below are holiday shopping times for major malls across the region.  You can also click here for other individual store hours.
