ELKHORN - A mother from East Troy was to head back to a courtroom in Walworth County on Tuesday as the suspect in a child neglect case.
Melody Butt, 26, faces accusations of sleeping while her 11-month-old twins drowned in a bathtub.
She was to be arraigned Tuesday on felony child neglect charges.
Police said she fell asleep after leaving her twins in a bathtub in September.
