Special bus service for Saturday Honor Flight homecoming
MILWAUKEE - People interested in taking part in the Honor Flight homecoming Saturday night at Mitchell International Airport can take a special charter bus to the event.
The bus has been scheduled to leave on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 6:00 p.m. from the National Guard Armory on the 4200 block of 43rd Avenue in Kenosha.
There is a $25 cost and people must make reservations to take the bus service.
The Stars and Stripes Honor Flight program takes World War II veterans on a day-long trip to their monument in Washington, D.C.
