SHEBOYGAN - The recall effort against Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan has now topped 3,000 signatures.
That amount is 3/4ths of the minimum needed, and there is a little less than two weeks left before the deadline of November 1st.
The group needs more than 4,100 signatures to force a recall election, but they have set a goal of 5,000.
