Walker on John Doe investigation, FBI raid: 'Again, I don't know'
MILWAUKEE - Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker talked to TODAY'S TMJ4 about a secret John Doe investigation involving Milwaukee County staffers reportedly doing campaign work on taxpayer-paid county time.
Walker spokesman Cullen Werwie was granted immunity.
The FBI raided the home of Walker's former top aide, Cindy Archer, earlier in September.
Walker still says he does not know why.
"Again, I don't know. When you have a review like that, it's not something they talk to you and they don't talk to me about," said Walker to TODAY'S TMJ4's Diane Pathieu.
"In the end, I'm confident, first in the legislature, then as (Milwaukee) county executive and now in the last 10 minutes as governor, I live by the standards I got from my parents."
