MILWAUKEE - On July 26, 1991, information began to come about the case of Konerak Sinthasomphone, a youth who tried to escape from Jeffrey Dahmer before he was eventually killed.  

Allegations came that Milwaukee Police had ignored a tip caller's concerns about that situation.
