In Green Bay, a controversial nativity scene at city hall is now causing even more trouble.
A group of wiccans has set up a pentacle next to the nativity scene. The manger was put up by the city council president, who wanted to defy an anti-religious group that was protesting another manger scene in a nearby town.
But the wiccans, who are sometimes associated with witchcraft, said the move was an abuse of power. Kelly Winters is among those who asked the wiccan symbol to be put up as well.
Other groups have suggested putting up a peace symbol, and Buddhist and Hindu displays.
