MILWAUKEE - A dozen more African-American men who say they were subjected to illegal strip and cavity searches are trying to join civil rights suits against Milwaukee police.

That brings the total to 47 people filing complaint.

The Journal Sentinel says the motion, filed Thursday, was the first to claim that officers specifically targeted black people and deprived them of their constitutional rights.
