ILLINOIS - At least a couple of the 14 Senate Democrats have returned to Wisconsin but the majority are still in Illinois following the passage of the collective bargaining bill.

The Senators are weighing their legal and political options as they move forward.  They are also quick to say they won't give up in their fight against the bill and believe many Republicans will be removed from office during recall elections.
