ILLINOIS - Senate Minority Leader  Mark Miller issued a statement saying the 14 Senate Democrats plan to remain in Illinois Thursday.

He was not specific on how long it may take for the Senators to make a decision on when they may come back.

It appears the lawmakers are consulting with their lawyers on whether or not the Republicans' actions were legal.
