MILWAUKEE - The Chaos at the Capitol brought about Governor Scott Walker canceling an appearance at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee.

He was supposed to present an award to the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the year on Thursday night.

Organizers were hoping to hear him talk about the bill, which they think will help business in Wisconsin.
