Packers-Bears: Fan To Be Buried in Green and Gold Coffin
Packers Gameday at 12:00 p.m. on Newsradio 620 WTMJ with coverage on Live at 5 and 10 on TODAY'S TMJ4
GREEN BAY - How crazy is your love for the Packers? Crazy enough to be buried in Green and Gold?
Perhaps Wendy Smetna is.
She has been a Packers fan all her life, and she's been going to the games for more than 50 years.
"in 1957, I ended up getting one single ticket as a season ticket holder, when they built the new stadium, and I've been one season ticket holder ever since," said Smetna.
Smetna, who's 66, loves the Packers so much, she bought a green and gold casket to be buried in.
"When I saw...that they had a limited edition of a green and gold casket, I thought the green and gold, because I'm a big Packers fan."

Where is this casket right now?
"It's being stored now in Janesville," explained Smetna.
"A friend of mine who I used to work with before I retired said, 'You really should bring it home and bring it in your living room and use it as a coffee table.'
"I said, 'No. If I do that and I put a piece of Plexiglas over that, it wouldn't be a coffee table, it would be a coffin table.' "
As for the big game Sunday, Smetna hasn't decided her plans yet
"Depending on my mood, if I'm in a quiet mood or a rowdy mood, if I should stay home and behave myself or go out and get in trouble."
