Packers-Bears: Conflicting Events "Must Go On"
Next game: NFC Championship on Sunday at Chicago
Packers Gameday at 12:00 p.m. on Newsradio 620 WTMJ with coverage on Live at 5 and 10 on TODAY'S TMJ4
MILWAUKEE - Groups who have events going on and found out - much to their chagrin - that the Packers-Bears game is happening at the same time? Well, they're handling things in different ways.
Did Lisa Flores ever think she'd have to worry about a Packers-Bears NFC title game conflicting with the wedding open house she's planning for Evergreen Golf Club in Elkhorn?
"Absolutely not," said Flores. Her 3rd Annual Bridal Fair happens there at 11:30 a.m. and runs all day on Sunday, but with some concessions for Packers fans.
"We do have a pub that will be open. We will be showing the game there."

"We definitely have a challenge upon us," said Jennifer Hubbartt, the group's director of marketing and public relations.
"The show must go on," said Hubbartt, and her group's shows of "The Magic Bicycle" will go on at 1:00 and 3:30.
She's trying to get people in the house with "special discount ticket offers through our e-mail newsletter."
Hubbartt did say that for Sunday's shows, they would consider using a green and gold magic bicycle.
"Just to be a little bit festive."
For future reference that might help event planners: if the Packers make the NFC Championship Game in January 2012, kickoff is - and this time could always change - set for 5:30 p.m. If they make it in January 2013, kickoff would - for now - be set at 2:00 p.m.
