MILWAUKEE - According to a report, the now-and-often retired Brett Favre thinks his old team will win this year's Super Bowl.

"I think they will win it all!  I hope they do"  That's what ESPN's Ed Werder says Favre e-mailed him about the Packers' Super Bowl chances.

Favre left the Packers in 2008 in a trade to the Jets after telling Packers nation "it's over" during his retirement press conference in March, then subsequently unretiring.

He also said in the e-mail "there is no bitterness." and in referring to current QB Aaron Rodgers and Defensive coordinator Dom Capers, "Aaron is the best QB and the receiving corps is the best ever, maybe, but Dom and the defense get the MVP award at this stage."

Favre, who spent the last two years with the Vikings, filed his retirement papers with the National Football League on Monday.
