KENOSHA- The home explosion late Monday night was heard over 4 miles away.
Kenosha's Fire Chief John Thomsen said the home, at 22nd avenue and 56th street, is owned by the city, and was under construction as part of a rehab project.
Nobody was seriously hurt, but 9 people suffered minor cuts and scrapes.
