Click here to listen to Newsradio 620 WTMJ's Jay Sorgi report on Milwaukee aldermen not properly reporting their campaign donors' workplaces.
Some Milwaukee Aldermen are getting away with getting big campaign donations without reporting employment information on those donors that may have influenced aldermen's decisions.
Six Milwaukee alderman received contributions where the campaign didn't fully report donor information, including who the donors work for.
State law demands that campaigns disclose employment information of donors who give at least $100 in a year. Some of those donors gave way beyond the $400 limit.
The Journal Sentinel says Ashanti Hamilton and Michael McGee, Jr. missed donor employment information on six out of every seven donors who gave at least $100.
James Witkowiak didn't disclose employment on more than half who gave that amount, and Willie Wade neglected to have that information on one out of every three $100+ donors.
