PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, Wis. (AP) -- A southwestern Wisconsin man is charged with election fraud.

Grant County sheriff's investigators say 74-year-old Irving Anders filled out more than one absentee ballot in the September primary election.

Prosecutors say Anders filed an absentee ballot Sept. 9 in the town of Prairie du Chien and a second one in the town of Millville in Grant County.

The felony charge carries a maximum three and a-half years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
