Family and friends gather to honor teens killed in crash
DELAFIELD - It was an emotional scene in Waukesha County Sunday.
More than 100 friends and family visited a site where two teens died in a terrible crash Friday morning.
Friends say the victims are Drew Dwyer and Cole Philhower.
The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department says the car they were in lost control around a narrow curve, hit a tree and burst into flames.
Dwyer and Philhower had attended Kettle Moraine High School together.
Dwyer graduated last year, Philhower just a couple of weeks ago.
Friends like Justice Powell remembers Philhower's smile.
"I just saw him not too long ago at graduation and he was the happiest kid ever," Powell said.
The Sheriff's Department says it's still in the process of what led to the fatal crash.
