How to Enter.  Each week, the PRN sports team will ask listeners a question about Green Bay players.  There will be 3 multiple choice answers (A, B or C).  By sending a text message to the correct (either A, B or C) key word before the message to shortcode  99438 fans will be automatically entered in that game’s drawing to win an autographed football  from a Green Bay player. Estimated value of the prize is $150.00 Prizes and drawings are subject to change at the discretion of U.S. Cellular, WTMJ, and/or Journal Radio Networks.

Contest Period. The contest period is weekly from September 9, 2012 through January 1, 2013

Prizes. One weekly prize of an autographed football will be awarded to a randomly selected cellular phone used to text a message during PRN Know Your Player Quiz.  .  Approximate retail value of the autographed football: $150.00. Odds of winning prize are determined by the number of eligible text messages received. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 14 days of delivery of notification will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. One weekly prize per household per season, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prize/merchandise. 

Drawing and Awarding of Prizes. Weekly winners will be determined by the Journal Radio Network, whose decisions and interpretation of these rules are final in all matters relating to this contest. Prize winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification. Winners may be required to sign and submit an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, addresses, voice and/or likenesses for advertising or promotional purposes in all forms of media worldwide without further compensation or payment, except where prohibited by law. All affidavits must be received by no later than 2/28/13 in order to receive mini-helmet. (Note:  Social Security Number required to claim prize. Journal Radio Networks and /or WTMJ reserve the right to end this promotion or vary prizes at any time without prior notice.)
