No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes runs from 12:01am CST September 9th,
2012 through 11:59 pm, CST December 30th, 2012 and is open to all US Residents,
18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and contractors (including immediate
family members and members of the same household) of Mills Fleet Farm, and Journal
Broadcast Group, a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc., its affiliated companies,
subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies,
and any and all other companies associated with this sweepstakes are not eligible to
participate.
Contest Entry: Complete the official Mills Fleet Farm “Runback Payback” online entry
form found on the contest tab on www.packersradionetwork.com to register. You may
enter as often as you like.
Winning: If Green Bay returns their opening kick-off for a touchdown in either the first or third quarter, in any regular seasongame, the randomly selected contestant will win $10,000 cash, courtesy of Mills FleetFarm. One random entry will be selected for each regular season game, (16 games fromSeptember 9th, 2012 – December 30th, 2012). If no kick-offs are returned by Green Bay during the 2012 season, there will be no winners drawn.
Prizes are non-transferable, no substitution will be allowed, except at the sponsor’s
sole discretion. All taxes, are the responsibility of the winner(s), at the time the prize is
delivered.
Claiming Prizes: Prize winner will be contacted by phone and confirmed in writing.
Prize winner must sign and return a 1099, Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity
release forms provided by Journal Broadcast Group within 7 days of notification, or prize
may be forfeited.
