Obama coming to Madison day before election
MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- President Barack Obama plans to hold a rally in Madison the day before the election on Monday.
The visit will be his third to Wisconsin over five days. He was in Green Bay on Thursday and he planned to be in Milwaukee for a rally with pop singer Katy Perry on Saturday.
The Obama campaign confirmed Monday's visit but did not release any further details.
Obama was in Madison in early October, the day after the first presidential debate, and attracted more than 30,000 people.
Republican Mitt Romney planned to campaign in West Allis on Friday.
A Marquette University poll released on Wednesday showed Obama leading Romney by 8 points.
