If you win a prize over $1,000 you are not eligible to win again on any Journal Broadcast Group station for one full year.

Odds of winning a contest are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Newsradio 620 WTMJ and Journal Broadcast Group, Inc., Journal Communications, Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors and employees are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, malfunction, defect or delay of any kind in telephone calls, radio transmissions, or online or Internet submissions or for the failure of Newsradio 620 WTMJ to receive telephone calls for any reason or for any computer or software malfunction of any kind affecting the proper execution of the contest.
Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
Due to the nature of our programs that are heard online (www.620wtmj.com) over the Internet, contests heard on the radio station’s Internet audio stream are slightly delayed from the time the contest is heard on the broadcast station., and will be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all contests heard are delayed. This delay can last for 30 seconds up to several minutes. This means that when Newsradio 620 WTMJ announces it’s time to call to play the contest, listeners on the online audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contests on a conventional AM radio.
620 WTMJ-AM reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value; winners do not have any right to substitution of prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other prize/merchandise.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.

All local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
