Newsradio 620 WTMJ’s Bucks Bonus Bucket – 62^nd point contest

Official Contest Rules 2007-2008

1.      No purchase necessary.

2.      Must be 21 years of age of older to win.

3.      Winner is responsible for taxes incurred with prize.

Listen to Wisconsin Morning News (Monday-Friday) the morning after Milwaukee Bucks games from November 1, 2007  – April 10, 2008 at 6:45am for your chance to win a pair of Bucks tickets.  One winner per household for run of contest. 4.      For a chance to win the “Bucks Bonus Bucket” you must be the correct caller to name the player who scored the 62^nd point in the Bucks game the night before.

5.      The “Bucks Bonus Bucket” Prize consists of two (2) Bucks tickets to an upcoming game.

6.      All Bucks Bonus Bucket winners will be entered into a drawing for the Grand Prize which consists of a Bradley Center Luxury Box for twelve people for the Bucks vs. Nets game on April 12, 2008

7.      Employees and their immediate families of Journal Broadcast Group, any of the participating sponsors, and any subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc., and their families are not eligible to win.

8.      All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.  Winner agrees to sign waiver release form upon acceptance of prize and is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize.

9.      Journal Broadcast Group does not assume, and in fact, expressly disclaim any liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay due to any act, negligence or default of the prize package and services involved in the execution of the prize.

10. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of calls received. Neither 620 WTMJ nor any affiliate of Journal Communications, Inc. shall be responsible for misdirected calls or entries via fax or email.

11. Social Security number is required for acceptance of prize.

12. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsors, radio station, and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation.

13. The decision of the judges is final.

14. WTMJ-AM reserves the right to end this promotion or vary prizes at any time without prior notice.
