PRESENT THE
VERIZON WIRELESS PACKERS JUNIOR CAPTAIN CONTEST!
Newsradio 620 WTMJ and Verizon Wireless are offering kids the opportunity of a lifetime by becoming a Packers Junior Captain! If selected, your child, ages 7-14 will be designated Junior Captain and receive 4 game tickets to a designated Green Bay Packers home game and the opportunity to be on-field with the team captains during the coin toss. Parents, enter your child by emailing your name, their name, age, address and phone number to juniorcaptain@620wtmj.com for the designated Packers home game campaigns (listed below). One entry per person, per each home game contest, ONLY parents may enter their children in this promotion, multiple entries will be disqualified. Winners will be notified by phone or email after 12noon on the last date of each email campaign. One child will be randomly selected to receive the Packers Junior Captain prize package.

Parents, you can also register your children at the following Packers Junior Captain events at Verizon Wireless Communication Stores for a chance to win the Packers Junior Captain prize package for the designated home games. One entry per person, per each registration event, ONLY parents may enter their children (ages 7-14) in this promotion, multiple entries will be disqualified. Winners will be notified by phone or email after each event. One child will be randomly selected from all entries received at each registration event to receive the Packers Junior Captain prize package as noted below.
